The Federal Elections and Referendums Commission is a subordinate agency of the Ministry of the Interior chaired by President Horatio Eden since his appointment of himself as Chief Executive following the enactment of the Electoral Regulation Law.
The FERC is responsible for organising and tabulating the results of federal elections and referenda in the Amissopian Federation, as well as regulating political parties and political action committees.
